1. TERMS OF SALE
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price and is not refundable. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.
2. ORDERING ONLINE
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure and we do not store any financial information.
3. PRICES
The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order. Any prices shown in printed material (except for errors/emissions) are correct at time of printing but are subject to change without any prior notice. All purchased item(s) remain hte property of Silversmith unless full settlement is made.
4. DELIVERY
Items will be sent to the delivery address provided at time of order after we received full payment – it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.
5. LIABILITY
If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery. If you do not receive goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in possession of the courier.
6. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Any customs duties and taxes that apply are your responsibility. If your purchase is subject to customs duties and sales tax or VAT, your shipping provider will contact you about these fees, which must be paid before delivery of your purchase is scheduled. Please note that shipping delays due to customs processing are not uncommon.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services without notice.
